Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are a perfect way to celebrate birthdays, wedding anniversaries, Christmas, retirements, leaving presents or simply a thank you gift or general gift for someone you love.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months post their date of issue. Email Gemma or call on 07576 365219 to arrange payment and delivery/collection.

 

Missed appointments & cancellations

  • Fees must be paid in full ahead of the consultation (either online or via BACS transfer). For initial appointments, payment is required at the time of booking. For follow-up appointments, payment is required 2 weeks before the consultation date.
  • If consultations are cancelled within 72 working hours (3 days) of the appointment time 50% of the total fee will be charged. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time are subject to the full fee.
  • The Cancellation Policy also applies to a Gift Voucher booking.  Gift vouchers cannot be extended past the expiry date.
  • The Cancellation Policy enables me to better serve all the needs of my clients. Thank you for understanding.

 

Refunds

There are no refunds for missed or unscheduled appointments. No refunds for returned herbal products. No refunds if you should decide not to complete your package in the allotted time frame.
