Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are a perfect way to celebrate birthdays, wedding anniversaries, Christmas, retirements, leaving presents or simply a thank you gift or general gift for someone you love.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months post their date of issue. Email Gemma or call on 07576 365219 to arrange payment and delivery/collection.
Missed appointments & cancellations
Please give 24 hours notice in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. When a client does not attend for a scheduled appointment, another client loses the opportunity to be seen. If you miss your appointment or cancel it with less than 24 hours notice you will be respectfully charged the full treatment price. The Cancellation Policy also applies to a Gift Voucher booking. The cancellation policy enables me to better serve all the needs of my clients. Thank you for understanding.
Refunds
There are no refunds for missed or unscheduled appointments. No refunds for returned herbal products. No refunds if you should decide not to complete your package in the allotted time frame.
